Consignee

Any client of this location, or another business on Vava. The role it plays here is a word on the agreement, not a kind of account.

Fixed once slabs are out; place slabs with a new consignee to start another agreement.
Placed slabs take this as their location.

How the Consignee Sees Its Slabs

A consignee with a Vava licence sees the slabs in its own stock, marked In Consignment. One without a licence signs in to the consignee portal.

Consignee portal. They see only the slabs placed with them and mark individual slabs sold. They cannot create orders or change anything else.

Agreed Prices

The consignee's price list values every slab placed with them; the invoice uses these prices. Override any single slab on the consignee page.

Terms

Every term is optional. Switch on only what you agreed with this consignee; an agreement with none of them simply runs until one side ends it.

Who May Mark Slabs Sold

Whoever marks a slab sold, it waits in Sold & Invoicing for your confirmation before anything is invoiced.

6

Sold Slabs and Invoicing

Consignment issues its own invoice from the slabs you confirm, through the licence's invoicing source: Vava itself.

Moves and Documents

Every placement, recall, return and transfer prints the document its transport needs, from the templates in Orders.
