Container Documents
The container set. One set per delivery, rendered from the order and never re-keyed: these documents share shipper, consignee, references, lines, weights, container and seal numbers, and download together as one PDF or a ZIP. Prices show only where customs or the buyer needs them.

Local Documents
The local set: confirmation, Pick Ticket, Delivery Note, Pickup Release, Receipt, Invoice, Credit Note and the Claim or Return Authorisation. Which price a document shows follows the recipient: a homeowner under arrangement B sees the retail price and never the designer's; the yard's papers show none.

Branding Defaults
What every document, email and the Client Order Page wears. Set for the tenant, overridable per location. No vendor branding ever appears on a tenant's document.
Registered address and EIN from Company Profile
Applied to every template that uses the shared letterhead and footer snippets. A template that placed its own stays as it is.
Issued on Status Events
A status move creates and files the document, and sends it where the switch is on. The rules live in the Status Workflow Manager; nothing is issued on Expired, which only alerts.
