Packing List v3
DraftTemplate Settings
ORD-2026-0031 sells from Miami Yard and ships from Miami Yard, so both read Vava Stone Miami. On ORD-2026-0034 box 2 ships from Orlando Warehouse and the Shipping Location setting would print Orlando's letterhead.

Labels & Translations
The client's language is kept on the client. Marbles & Granite reads Spanish, so its Packing List prints these labels with English kept for customs and the forwarder.
Publish v3
- The 5 documents issued from v2 keep v2. Nothing already sent is restyled.
- The Client Order Page shows v3 for documents issued after publishing.
- v2 stays in Version History and can be restored as a new draft.
Publishing needs the Publish Templates permission, separate from editing. You hold it for Miami Yard.
Version v2
Restoring makes a new draft from this version. The draft you are editing is kept as a version of its own, and the documents already issued keep the version they were issued with.
How Total Weight Prints
Miami Yard prints 1,234.5 and Sep 18, 2026. Per-field overrides are for area, weight, percent and time zone only.

Who holds each permission, and at which location, is set per user in Settings → Users & Roles. Anyone may pick a published template when printing. You hold Edit Templates and Publish Templates for Miami Yard.
Start From a Preset
Import a PDF as Background
A chamber's certificate layout or a forwarder's shipping-instruction form stays exactly as they print it; your fields sit over it.
Ask for a Change
The published version is never touched. You see each action before it applies.
Restore Platform Default?
Your draft v3 is replaced with the platform's default Packing List as a new draft. Published v2 stays on every document issued from it, and v3 stays in Version History.
